We are delighted to announce our third and final Frequent Flyer Giving (FFG) and United Airlines WeCare Employee Relief Fund event for 2015. After fantastic turn-outs in both Austin and Seattle, we've turned to the north coast — Chicago — home to United Airlines for this event. Attendees will be enter the iconic Willis Tower for an in-depth tour of United's National Operations Center and a presentation and Q&A session with UA management. Afterwards, there will be three course dinner and all you can drink alcohol a few blocks away at another Chicago icon, the Berghoff. Don't be surprised if you see some special guests from United there.

  Dinner and charity auction at The Berghoff to benefit the United We Care Employee Relief Fund
  • Charity raffle / auction of some unique items
  • Dinner menu as follows:
    • House salad — Field greens, shaved fennel, tomato & asparagus in citrus vinaigrette
    • Housemade Bread Basket
    • Main course — Choice of one of the following:
      • Wiener Schnitzel
        Breaded veal cutlet, petit asparagus & pepper salad, German potatoes
      • Lake Superior White Fish
        Line caught with dill-caper butter sauce, roasted vegetable Napoleon, jasmine rice timbale
      • Chicken and Sausage German Gnocchi (also available w/o meat as a vegetarioan option)
        Plump pillows of pasta in a three cheese blend, sautéed spinach, a dollop of mascarpone

    • Dessert — Choice of one of the following:
      • Apple Strudel
        Tart Granny Smith apples sautéed then baked with toasted pecans in flaky pastry with sweet caramel sauce
      • Black Forest Cake
        Dark chocolate cake with layered with kirsch-scented whipped crème and sour cherries garnished with chocolate shavings

  The cost for this event is $100 per person.
  This amount includes the event at Willis Tower and dinner/drinks
  • This event is open to a maximum of 40 guests
  • This event is open to children over the age of 12

  FFG is a 501(c)3 organization and therefore the donation portion of the event should be tax-deductible, but please see your tax accountant for more information.

  FFG will give 100% of the donations to United WeCare.
  The Directors will match dollar for dollar every donation made to FFG in 2015.
